Suspecious *****ulant activity on Sassa Card

My name is Barbra Frans, I am a 59 year old south African citizen who is getting grant due to my illness. I have a complain of the money that was paid to me. There was money short in my grant card, when I went to SaSsa office, they told me that I purchased R200.00 Electricity, R100.00 Airtime and R38.00 airtime, I am unaware of this activity and I am really upset to why my money was taken from me. I have tried to find out where this money went to and who took the money from me, but there was no explanation given to me. Please help me, I am very old and cant afford to have money short. I have people to support.
