SRD R350 Grant ***** – Application Active for 4 Months With No Resolution.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with SASSA’s handling of my SRD R350 grant.

For almost 4 months or even more, I have been unable to apply for the SRD R350 grant because the system shows “application grant active”, even though I never app****. This clearly means that someone else *****ulently app**** using my ID number and is currently receiving money that is meant to support me.

I have contacted SASSA multiple times and every time I am told that the *****ulent application will be deleted. However, nothing has changed. The application is still active, no investigation feedback has been given, and no resolution has been provided.

This is not a small issue; this is identity *****, and the lack of urgency from SASSA is unacceptable. As a person who genuinely needs this grant, it is painful and unfair to know that someone else is benefiting while I am being ignored.

I am requesting:

1. Immediate cancellation of the *****ulent SRD application 2. A proper ***** investigation 3. Written confirmation once the issue is resolved

SASSA’s continued inaction shows a lack of concern for beneficiaries who depend on this grant. I am asking for this matter to be treated with the seriousness it deserves.
