Srd grants rejection

I would like to find out how come someone like me who hasn't been working since 2017 and has income going into my bank account gets declined for the SRD GRANTS. Reasons being UIF REGISTERED, WHICH WAS CLAIMED IN 2017, AND ALTERNATIVE INCOME WHEN NO MONEY IS GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT. Can someone explain how all this is possible.
