SRD grant what a waste of time

Good day to whom it may concern, I am a beneficiary of the SRD grant (with much struggle) I app**** last year on the USSD code 2021 I did not receive any money until they announced it was over the first six months. I was really disappointed with this and when they announced you had to register again I did so I got three months grant money for the the first three months I missed and then one more time at the post office I collected my grant and when I got to the post office as they would not switch my SRD grant to my bank account so I have to wait for a specific day on which I can get my grant the post office would not help me as they said they don't have money to pay out SRD they are literally across the street from the bank the SRD fund is a big fund I cannot accept that branches who pay out SRD don't have money (specifying the SRD grant)so how does a business that works with the government not have money to pay those who have gone through this process but has money to payout other SASSA grants why is one more important than another I've been living of this money not to get it means no food in my mouth and that's not just me its a lot of people who need this grant to survive. Never minding long q's this notice of the post office has been on for more than a week that they don't have money to payout SRD i mean come on a week and you've still made no plan to payout struggling peoples grants that's just ridiculous
