SRD Grant payments not done or complete

Hi, I just want to ask if whether peolple are still getting SRD grants because my son app**** in March 2020 and only recieved 2 months payment in July 2020. Now that he went this month he has been told that there is no money for him. I thought these payments were going to be paid out till October 2020. So why is the Post Office in Heidelberg, Gauteng telling him that is no more money for him. When we try calling on there toll free number ***) no one picks up the phone. This is really unexeptable from officials no doing or want to do their work.
