Month of May I didn't receive my R370 grant because I got a eWallet for a Hollywood account "R100" the call centre agent said that. The call centre made me wait for six months to verify my identity and to me it to late claim for the other months. . I don't understand if this grant is to help the need or other the fortunate that no someone who works for sassa. To make this worse to don't get back to about any case until you follow up and when follow up are told too late now they can help when they where not helping the whole time. Explain to how does that work please I. Confused. I seem like sassa employee get paid more to ignore us then doing they actual job they get pay for.
