Social grant declined yet unemployed

I'm so disappointed the Sassa declining all my payments from April saying other source of income yet I'm unemployed since 2015 they can also check with Labour Department. It's my right as a citizen to get it if they gave me before why change now because my status of employment is still the there's no employment in our country and I'm busy trying to register to study but I can't pay for registration can you assist please.
