Service fail for alderly people

I'm very disappointed with Sassa Cofimvaba branch my mother change her social grant from post office to her bank account in November 2023 and she was told by Sassa people that her funds will be paid in January 2024 now when she went to her bank there was not funds available they keep sending her up and down and they say she must open a Capitec account, that's what I don't understand why they would choose a bank for her while my mother submitted the bank confirmation for fnb the bank she was comfortable using and she wanted her social grant to be paid on that bank but now Sassa Cofimvaba told her she must use Capitec why? since when now sassa people have a right to choose which bank the customer suppose to use please I'm very angry because now my mother did get her social grant for January
