Service
I would just like to express how repell I am with the service I've been getting from Sassa offices at Zonkisiswe. Never have I experience such. For returning back the 4th time, I expected them to get it right. When you visit them you will find customers queuing from 6oclock. Which their office open at 8:15.Apparantly to be in a queue. For the 4th time I've been queuing here never have they opened on time. But today was just rediculous because they only open at 9o clock. No apoligies as to why... It is so ironic as customers can see what time they arrive with the sassa company car at the premises. So after 9 we would go in, they would check your temperature and from there you will be seated outside in the cold in the wind following a queue. So just today, my 4th time, I eventually got help at about 12 pm.After servicing and capturing the consultant told me, they system is not working, so I need to go outside in the cold and windy again for the whole day she emphasis, as they systems are not working and they awaiting IT specialist to help them. I had to go out with all the other customers and sit in the cold once again. The IT specialist turned up at about 1pm. But the staff deemed it right to take our files to the farest branch at Vosloorus to be checked on they systems.Which I cannot understand why did they not go to the closest branch??At that branch they strictly converse in Zulu. Where is the fairness? I could not understand most of the communication as it was converse in Zulu only.No coloured, white or Indian staff. In this covid 19 we fighting against, please go and have a look at the tiolet we need to use. If I could add a photo, its repulsing.I just can't believe that this is the customer service that are given to customers that are the aid in their salaries. I believe if there's no customers to service they would surely have no job. Is this how we should be treated? Well here I am awaiting feedback so I'll be sitting outside most probably till they close, while staff are cosy in they offices behind close doors. What a service...
