<p>Never in my life have I waited 5 hours just to enquire about something, I must say Sassa @ Worcester service is pathetic, do they go for training of any sort or just pick them up from some where and employ them... Not all the staff but unfortunately you are seen as one. They show no service ethos and treat the people waiting as if they doing them a favour, I fail to understand how we can treat ppl this way just because we think they need us other than doing wht we paid to do ...
