sassa's rules making us suffer cause they loose your stuff

I returned my request for bank payment form together with my id copy 2 weeks ago the lady just took it and said they will let me know so this morning I enquired because I heard nothing from them yet and would really like to get paid thru my personal bank because everymonth I only get less than R200 when I withdraw my grant and I'm supposed to receive R2740 everymonth and eveytime it's elegal deductions and then I only get hold of sassa after the 8th and it's a very long process if I want to get this money back every time I need to fill in stop payment forms and then the next month theres new deductions and names change and I'm so fedup as I am a unemployed single mother of 4 with a disabled child so I can't travel or walk with my children and it's been going on like this for months now I'm really tired and was really hoping we won't suffer this month again that's why I made a plan to get that bank payment form filled in I walked in the sun with my children and now they tell me it's not processed they don't have it and so I emailed them the copy now they say I must take it to the office agian and before the 15th..that's then what I did so that I can atleast provide for my children this month as no one wants to believe me anymore so I have no one to help me out because I never get paid I am so stressed and really need advice on what to do all they say is it needs to get prosses and they have to work with the rules now what is the rules for when I follow the rules but they still fail to follow there own rules and lose your stuff then you and your children suffer.do they have a rule for that
