SASSA WHY ARE YOU TAKING SO LONG WITH PAYOUTS!

I have been waiting patiently for you guys to sort out the payments and yet nothing is happening. I getting really tired of waiting and I can't keep borrowing money from people what seems to be the issues with payment? What is taking so long? Must people pull of more loans and be further in debt that we currently are in order to just obtain cash?
