SASSA -When you approach something with a positive mind,You get positive results.

I went to the SASSA offices in PTA CBD on Monday to apply for child support grant as I'm no longer working.I didn't even wait in the queue for more than 15 minutes before I could be assisted.When it was my turn to get help I found this friendly guy who gave me the forms and explained everything to me in detail eventhough all the steps are written on the form.

He even told me the quickest method to use in order for my application to be processed faster.I sent everything through online on Wednesday and they immediately responded on the same day and said the documents were incomplete.I sent the right ones yesterday and today I just got feedback that everything was processed and they also gave me the outcome of my application.

I must applaud you guys for the good service.I've been postponing to come to the office because of the bad things that people always say about SASSA.
