Sassa veryyyyy bad service and horrible people

Sassa has very bad service , we went there to ask for a top up and they made us turn around a lot , to the point where we even got everything they wanted and went back to sassa , what do they do ? They deny doing the top up , we eventually said they should leave the top up and take it back to the original, they don't want to take it back to the original, Those people are such horrible people , such bad service and bad behavior , we want our money back , how do they think we should survive??? Sassa should pay us back
