SASSA unreliable

First of all we were promised to get a SRG every month of R350 some of us who qualified only received one payment so far and most really on that money to help get through the month then they give a website to change payment methods that doesn’t work and when you call the helpline you wait for hours and then still no answer or it doesn’t even ring and the WhatsApp queries you don’t get replies
