Sassa sucks

I am disappointed with the service at Sassa. I reported a card to be lost and closed it. Then when I tried to open it again they sent me to the post office where I was told to wait for a call from sassa. I have been waiting for the phone call and it is now a week and no phone call. When I call the sassa toll free number they say they cannot help because they cannot check the progress of the post office. Disappointing really, still in this day the government services suck to the core.
