SASSA staff members have no respect at all

Good day I have been to Greytown SASSA offices in KZN several times, the staff there is very rude they do not treat people well. They shout at the older people (Pensioners) as if they are nothing. They lock themselves in their offices and gossip for hours after that they come back and instruct people to go home and return on the next day because they are tired or they will lie and tell people that the machines are not working.
