Sassa staff is taking our monies

I app**** for Sassa grant fory kids in December 2017, I was told the 1st payment will be in January 2018, but I was told there was a systems error and will only get the payment in February. February is here and I only received not even what they promised. My first pay was supposed to be double, but I only got single payment. I'm convinced that sassa staff members are the ones who are robbing us.
