Sassa Staff at Chiawelo

I have been at Sassa Chiawelo from 7am and its now 10am and we still have not been assisted. The staff is there but they are not working. why are we not been taken serious, this is not fair at all. They are just getting salaries for sitting and eating, do they think we dont have things to do?????????????? we are here becoz we need help
