Sassa Springs not doing their work

Good Morning My mother in law got her last sassa grant in October 2025 We chatted on the whatsapp line and later contacted them at the office to get clarification why no payment has been dove My mother in law and my wife went to the Sassa in Springs on 9 February 2026 to do biometric scan and lady who helped them said to payment would be paid on the next payment date in March 2026 We went to the Sassa in Pretoria north today to to get answers and the helped us and said they have no records that we were there on any date recorded Now i wonder how many old age pensioners that they help at the Sassa Springs office is still not getting their old age grant because somebody is to lazy to do their work that they get payed for and depend on the old age grant to make a living and then they dont get any payment
