SASSA Springs Dept, Old Age pension registration problems

SASSA Springs Dept. old age pension registration. i tried 3x times - had to stand in que for 5+hours just to hear - 1st time - they are offline come back next week - 2nd time again 5+ hours in que then to hear finger print scanner not working come back next week - 3rd time again 5+ hours in que - i hear commotion inside building, i go in and see manager telling customers what is the problem today again, in her own language which i do not understand, i take out my phone to record what she is saying to try get a translation after - she almost assaults me and gets security to kick me out of building. 1. Are there no competent IT Dept guys that can fix these offline / finger scanner problems within 10 - 15 minutes?? 2. Why can we not register for old age pension online, then just go in to hand in the needed documents you could not upload, or for a quick finger print scan? It is 2026 - clothing retailers are allowing customers to apply for accounts online with a selfie scan you upload - then you just go in to collect your account card. Once again, where are the IT Dept guys?? 3. Is there no one in the SASSA dept that can think we need to implement a better system for the public not to have to stand in the queue outside in the sun & rain because they are afraid to lose their place? 3.1 Why not, as the customers arrive, they walk into the reception and get a number, this number is filled into an A4 pad with the customer's cell number next to their number. This number is written onto a small sticker, which is given to the customer to stick onto the back of their phone. The receptionist adds these cell numbers to a WhatsApp group on their phone, which they create each morning, the first 10 - 15 customers sit down on chairs inside the build waiting to be helped, the rest can go buy food/see a doctor/go home, as the customers are helped the receptionist post's to the group no 1 finished, no 6 finished, no 27 finished, then you as a customer knows when to go join the inside queue and no one can take your place, surely the receptionist has free wifi and free whatsapp? 4. not sure what will happen when i do get to see a consultant and register and i am missing a document that is needed, will i have to again come back in a week and stand again in a queue for 5+ hours, or will i be able to hand it in the following morning to the receptionist with my ID Number written in bold on front page, and then will the receptionist make sure the documents get the needed attention? I'm afraid to think about this problem. 5. Why is there no one inside the SASSA Dept that can think, "we need to do something better for our public to make it easier to visit us? I hear this problem is NATION-WIDE 6. Does anyone know of a telephone number I could call that will get answered within 30 mins to find answers?
