3rd week coming to sassa in bloemfontein we arrive early in the morning then midday one of the workers (a male that wears a highlighter written sassa crew ) comes and encourages us to leave and use the online portal the online portal keeps closing out of nowhere when i asked him to assist me on how to proceed he left me there and told me he doesn’t have strength for all that fine I stayed still as i am sitting here typing the stuff at customer care are busy chatting on their phones and talking to each other laughing they have not called a person for the past 1:30 no movement of ques and we are here with babies they are not coming to us to update us if we have to go home just totally ignoring us like we don’t exist
