SASSA service

I am receiving child grant for 2 kids, 15 and 8 years old- I am currently unemployed. I did not received January child grant of R1020 as was supposed to and now I owe a lot of people money, as I had to borrow money to feed the kids. I made contact with SASSA and via telephone and email. I was merely told the matter was escalated and the guy I spoke to on the phone told me that, the money will either be doubled or paid mid-month.

I wish SASSA was more helpful and clear when they help people, where I am standing I do not know whether I will get the money or no this month= I am worried, the fact that when I called them they guy told me that they had access to R350 grant only and that he could help by sucking from his fingers.
