SASSA Refuses To Give Me My Old Age Pension

I have been trying to get my SASSA Old Age Pension since 2020 when I turned 60 it is one story from them why I can't get it. Again in 2021 I am 61 and trying to get it again. As a South African Citizen I am entitled to have my Old Age Pension. Refugees and Assylum Seekers get it why can't I. People have told me they get private pension plus SASSA Pension and the Child Grant too and I get nothing not fair.

On Friday 16.04.2021 I went to the office in Welkom to once again apply , they were closed due to Covid 19. Then on Monday 19.04.201 I decided to try the online application again and the website refused to upload my documents so I decided to e-mail them to the manager Prishna in Bloemfontein, she refused to get the IT Webmaster to upload them for me. She said she will get Customer Support to help me. I am still waiting for the phone call. Every month I am waiting I am just losing money so Please SASSA stop the stories and help me to register my for my SASSA OLD AGE PENSION I AM ENTITLED TO IT AS A SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZEN.
