Sassa receptionist is so rude

I went to sassa Alexandra township today. The lady at reception was so rude she even sent me back without assisting me. I went to apply for disability grant last week and I was given a date to come back today with my appointment card, doctor letter and some documents bt Wen I get thr, the receptionist told me to cancel my daughter current sassa, when I ask how can I cancel when I'm not yet approved, coz I once app**** and was declined and is the first time I'm hearing that for applications I need to cancel my daughters current grant. The way she shouted at me like I'm some stupid child my BP went high immediately I'm sick as we speak 😩😭😭😭😭
