Sassa Pretoria & Online Services portal

Sassa Pretoria & online portal... Booked an appointment for 8 Oct, no one called, emailed, smsd, NOTHING and neither did anyone pitch up. I am so sick of the terrible service No one helps me, or bothers to read what is actually going on. Phones just ring once and go dead, toll free nr says they can only help with SRD, so why is their number on the ONLINE SERVICE PORTAL? Emails don't get read properly; you tell me to do what I've already done. I am fed-up, for months I have to struggle with Sassa, why is there a SASAA IF NO ONE WORKS OR DOES THEIR JOBS?? I am done with this pathetic service. I want a manger or supervisor to contact me!!! ***. What is wrong with you people man...
