SASSA Port Shepstone

My mom's pension grant money was not available to draw in August 2020. She tried to phone SASSA toll-free number with no success. She went all the way to the SASSA offices in Port Shepstone - 30 min drive away. Just to find that the offices were closed. I tried to e-mail '***' but that e-mail just comes back undeliverable. I found the phone number for Samuel Mqadi. What a wonderful person. Even though he was in a meeting, he took my call and assist me. His friendly voice was so welcome and he advises me what to do. My mother received her grand without any other problems. I never had a problem with SASSA in Port Shepstone. They are always friendly and helpful - even when their offices are closed.
