Sassa Pension

I moved from Richards Bay to Jeffreys Bay in 2013,I received SASSA since I moved here for the last 4.5 years and then they requested me to chance from a SASSA card to a bank card or a new SASSA card I chose to change to a bank card,I received SASSA grant for two months then it stopped.I went to Sassa to report the matter then they told me to re-apply,for the last four months I did not receive any SASSA pension,after numerous calls and visits to them nothing is happening,last month they told me I will receive my pension on the 1st of October 2018 and then still nothing
