SASSA ONLINE APPLICATION AND SERVICE

I just need someone to contact e in connection with a SASSA child grant application from SASSA head office. The problem is that the application was done online with all the attachment. According to them no attachments where received. We went to the SASSA office and the help was very unprofessional. This is not the first time that I got their and the staff is on launch and eating while customers is waiting. Further is the office not complying to health and safety requirements as the electrical cord was plug in and using outside while one of the employees were climbing over the cord to get outside by the security office. The staff member is telling me that their is no application on the system after I given her the application number. I am helping my household to apply and don't expect this kind of service from SASSA
