Sassa old age grant

I actually could not believe how service levels in government departments are so pathetic.i like many people had to go on retirement after the age of 60 I then had to deal with sassa for old age pension application like most government departments this was a long process of back and forth lack of staff just no sense of urgency for the pensioners of this country hanging around for up to 6 hours eventually I managed to have my old age pension application processed only to discover I do not qualify due to the means test that my spouse also has to qualify as a result my wife income fails the requirements.hard to believe after working 40 years in my country this is the thanks I get from my government
