Sassa offices unreachable

I have submitted an enquiry regarding my grant payments on their website and it's been a couple of weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them. Also why doesn't the Springs office have a telephone number listed. How are you supposed to contact them if you don't have transport. Really useless if you can't contact them. Heidelberg office, if you ask them for a contact number or ask them if they can help, they put the phone down.
