SASSA not paying disability to young man who has been waiting for 5 monhs

Good Day My son Ryan Patrick Baynes recieves a grant from SASSA Every year he has to re-apply and then SASSA pays in his money as well as this back pay since date of re-application. He has been receiving this grant for the past few years. He was last paid on the 1st of May 2019 ,therefore he has to receive 4 months grant monies,which was confirmed by Mohamed Gabie on the 5th of August 2019 See Email from Mohamed G below "The Disability Grant for Ryan has been approved. He will receive his first payment in September 2019. The grant is temporary and only for 6 months. He will receive 4 months money in Septemeber 2019. The final payment will be in November 2019. He will have to reapply as from 1 December 2019. The money will be paid onto his Sassa Card." Ryan has been to SASSA yesterday,and there was no monies for him. They gave him a new card and told him the monies will be in today 3rd of September 2019. There is still NO MONIES paid. This young man is beside himself as he has not received monies for the past 5(FIVE) months. He has a rare diabetes(MODY %) hereby his surag rise to over 30/40 orit goes beyond zero and he becomes quite sick. SASSA is messing him around! I can't understand why they not giving him his monies. There has been many many reposrts of SASSA taking monies .Every year they alraedy taking a month's money from Ryan PLEASE assist this young man as he is devastated....
