SASSA not interested in Whistleblower reports

I called SASSA on ***to report someone that I know who is claiming an old age pension *****ulently. They are old enough but are way above the threshold of the means test. I was told that I need to supply their ID number (which I don't have) or visit one of their SASSA offices to register my complaint. The SASSA website says : It's your responsibility to report any suspected *****ulent or ******* activities relating to social grants. You can do so by phoning SASSA's grants and ***** hotline on ***. I'm keen to report the matter but it seems like SASSA want to discourage me by acting as disinterested as possible. I was expecting a slightly better response. Come on SASSA, pull your socks up !!!
