SASSA Non service

This morning my 68 old Aunt went to fix her sister children's grant money which was stop without any reason. She was there at 6am waiting in line to get a public service. The office just open now at 8 am and the SASSA staff came out counted 50 people and told the other people to leave as there were only Two Staff members that are working today.

Is this really fare to the committee, reminder that the Grant assistance only happens on Mondays meaning that she would have to use money that she does not have to travel back to their offices and hope that she would not be cut in line again.

We really need more assistance when it come to public services.

Who do we escalate this to and how do we even escalate it to them cause we never really get assistance.
