SASSA non payment of grants

My domestic went to collect her SASSA Grant yesterday and there were no funds paid into her account this is a travesty of justice she and her children depend on this Grant. Her children could not go to school today because she had no bread to make them sandwiches. This is disgusting . I tried to phone the port elizabeth office and they take phone off the hook. I could not get through to any office also not the head office. What now??
