SASSA Non-Payment for 4 Months

I app**** for the Covid19 Relief Grant of R350. I have been getting it until November. From December I was told at various post offices that the money was not in. I am battling as I am a student and need this money for food. Yesterday I went to post office again and I was told that Sassa has not sent the money. How is that possible from December. Please help me
