SASSA NON PAYMENT

I drew part of aged pension last week and have just tried 3 ATMs which decline my card. On returning home I checked SASSA site and found that POSTBANK cards have been blocked and beneficiaries are to use retail outlets to draw money. My card is not a Postbank card so why is this blocked. Tried calling toll free line and calls are disconnected; tried local Walmer number as per internet and number is incorrect. Now what. In trying to draw, the ATMs charge bank charges; so my pension is reduced.
