Sassa neglegence

I am so disappointed with Sassa Bizana office in the Eastern Cape my mother did not get her grant for May and when she goes to enqurier they say she will get it in June, how do they expect her to survive the whole month of May! And they not even giving a proper explanation why she can't be paid now and when you try to call their head office in East London and Pretoria they do not answer, how is she expected to survive without buying her groceries this month!
