Sassa money- post office staff

I had first hand experience of bad service that I received from the staff at Kraaifontein post office dealing with the pay out of Sassa money. I am so disappointed in their service delivery. The people stand in the queue since 5am and when they get to the help desk they get told that their is no money for them. Is there no way to iron out the process where the people that come for the first time are assisted by someone and the other people that are returning are assisted by another person. So there are different queues. I waited from 9am till 3:20 to hear that my application are still being considered. This is putrit service. I was so upset. I just want to tell the people that are working for the post office , it's not your money.
