SASSA MITCHELLS PLAIN HAS EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I am quite disgusted with the service of Mitchell’s Plain Sassa,I have come 5 consecutive times,people stand in the lines as from 5 a.m and they only assist people from 8, People are told already past 10 that they will not served as there is too many people,all of this time coming I never got to be assistant instead you see the consultants playing their musics in the car while we await on them as from 5 in the morning outside the building some with babies as early as 3 weeks.

When 4 o’clock comes and even if you inside the building sitting waiting to get to be helped they close their laptop and tell u their day is done.

Two weeks ago they closed at 2 pm, and remember they only do grants for babies on Tuesdays only. We are treated like animals and it we are women. This is bad!
