Sassa misleading information

Sassa created an independent tribunal for covid 350 grant. This independent tribunal states on their website that turnaround time is 60-90 days . But i still have have queries for April,May and June, which are still on Pending Status . If one emails them and ask questions, they responds is to be patient . My problem is the misleading information that is currently displaying on their website .
