Sassa microloans

Don't ever loan money from these people they are scanners Iam a sassa pensioner I wanted to make a loan with this company. The person said to me if I pay in R400 I can get a loan for R5000 monthly installment will be R220. I did pay the R400 in the the person said to me their branch manager made a mistake they approved the loan for R10k and I must pay another R400 and I said No iam not going to pay another R400 now all of a sudden I can't get my R400 back nor the R5000
