SASSA MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO LET IN TO RENEW MY DISABILITY GRANT IN KUYASA,KHAYELITSHA

Hello, I went to Sassa in Kuyasa, Khayelitsha to submit my Sassa disability forms from my doctor. I arrived there around 6 am ,Mon 12 May 2025. I waited on the line only to find out the person managing the lines have forgotten our que. After changing to start another line with other people ,the que manager decided that I was not gonna get inside and get the help I needed. He went on to tell his colleagues not to let me inside Sassa offices in Kuyasa. I waited wanted to at least know why he will not let me inside ,he left without giving me any answers and did not let me inside. I want to know what I can do because I need renew my disability grant, it has been 2 months now without getting anything and I don't know what to do
