SASSA Mahube Branch bad cusomer service

The South African Social Security Agency(SASSA) branch in Mahube Valley Mamelodi is the worst customer service in all government agencies. I have since written an email complaining about the bad customer service that i received there on the 14th of May 2025 but to this day no response or acknowledgement of my complaint. Its clear they don't care and i wonder why do they bother by giving us their customer complaints numbers and email address when they know that they wont bother to respond.
