Sassa lies about grant

I was retrenched last year on the day of lock down and I have been unemployed since. I have app**** numerous times on the Sassa Website, Ive sent emails and lets not mention their pathetic whatsapp line. It really hurts me so deep because I have four kids and cannot surport them they are not even living me anymore. Im asking for some assistance please but this seems to fall on deaf ears I need Assistance please, anyone
