Sassa let down

Sassa over the past 3 months vi only confused the ones in need of the covid relief fund . Many people did not get their payments on time lien suggested . When queries are done it's either that one cannot get through to a consultant or the line is completely dead . The used string is working but not progressive at all . It pains me that such an organisation could still be allowe to carry forth with such inadecuit service
