Sassa it is not professional and they should their people personal skills

on 26/09/2023 I took my mother to sassa offices in garankuwa because she is 60 years old so she can apply for social grants, but the workers are rude and don't treat people right always talking personal stuff and not giving great service. they refused to approve her social grant. When i went there they gave me an attitude said it is not my business. I searched for their numbers and E-mail on web I contacted them on their telephone no respond and also I wrote an E-mail but no respond from them.
