My 86 grandmother did not get her last pension because all of a sudden the pin was incorrect. Bare in mind, she is old and blind. We took ke to the post office which is 60 km away from home(De Aar) System was offline. Today we took her to Colesburg which is 72 km away from home only to find out that the money was withdrawn in a FNB Atm. Our question is who made a withdrawal when the pin was incorrect?
