Sassa incompetence

Can you help with Sassa. I have been rejected 3 times. Sent all the correct info in August 2022. Sent at least 2 emails a month. All I get is a message that they have received my email. I am 76 and struggling. My daughter tried and they tell her they cannot find me on their computer. Can you help I have all the relevant numbers.
