Sassa ill treatment.

Poor customer service.... Sassa offices in Alexandra Yarona building the staff and the securities in that building are rude,I went there a couple of times but still I haven't been assisted. I went there regarding my son's grant money which I didn't receive so I wanted to find out what could be the problem,on Thursday last week they cut me off.Friday I returned the same security asked for my ID which I didn't have on me u was told to go home Again alryt I went back this week on Thursday with my ID i asked if I could atleast ask one of the consultants there regarding my issue I was turned back again because I came on Wednesday and was told to return on Friday but is it fair,I use my last money to catch a taxi to those offices but still they don't care, kindly hire people who are willing to assist people it's really heart breaking to see human beings treating other human beings like that ,we are struggling and for us to go to those offices it shows that we need help..Very disappointed and still my problem hasn't been solved.
